Earning TrueBlue Points

Earn TrueBlue points effortlessly by flying JetBlue, booking with our partners, or using JetBlue credit cards—every dollar spent gets you closer to your next adventure!

Earning Points

How are TrueBlue points calculated?

TrueBlue points are earned by purchasing qualifying services or products from JetBlue, JetBlue Vacations, Paisly, a TrueBlue partner, or with a JetBlue co-branded credit card.

Points earned on JetBlue are based on the fare paid for JetBlue-operated flights and eligible fees, less taxes and non-eligible fees. You earn 3 points for every dollar spent except on Blue Basic fares where you earn 1 point for every dollar spent. Members who book on jetblue.com can earn an extra 3 bonus points per dollar spent except on Blue Basic fares where you earn 1 point for every dollar spent, as follows:

  • Members who have purchased a Blue, Blue Plus, Blue Extra or Mint fare on jetblue.com can earn an extra 3 bonus points per dollar for a total of 6 points per dollar spent.
  • Members who have purchased a Blue Basic fare on jetblue.com can earn an extra bonus point per dollar for a total of 2 points per dollar spent.

Is there a benefit to booking travel at jetblue.com or on the JetBlue app?

Absolutely! If you book on jetblue.com or the JetBlue app, you earn double points on your purchase—so you’d get a total of 6 points per eligible dollar spent on Blue, Blue Plus, Blue Extra and Mint fares (instead of 3 points), and 2 points per dollar for Blue Basic fares (instead of 1 point).  No bonus points are earned if JetBlue-operated flights are booked by phone or otherwise.

Can I earn TrueBlue points by means other than flying on JetBlue?
