  1. What is TrueBlue?
TrueBlue is the flight gratitude program of JetBlue Airways. By joining TrueBlue, our customers can earn free travel, access special features on jetblue.com (such as managing credits from canceled flights), and be among the first to know about great deals and news about JetBlue.

  2. How do I enroll in TrueBlue?
It's simple. Go to www.jetblue.com/trueblue and enroll. All you'll need is an e-mail address.

  3. Can I enroll offline?
No. TrueBlue is an online program.

  4. Why is TrueBlue exclusively online?
By eliminating the cost of offline elements to TrueBlue, JetBlue can reach out to its best customers while continuing to offer great fares for all our customers. It also means there's no card to lose and no statements to file. In order to use the program, members must have a valid e-mail account of their own. If you don't have your own e-mail account, you can get one for free at www.hotmail.com, www.yahoo.com, or elsewhere.

  5. How do I earn free travel under TrueBlue?
Just provide your ten-digit TrueBlue number when you book online at www.jetblue.com or 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583). Depending on your trip length, you'll earn TrueBlue points that get you closer to a free roundtrip flight - free travel that's one way JetBlue says "thanks!" to our best customers.

  6. How many TrueBlue points do I need to earn free travel?
    100.

  7. How many points will I earn for my next trip?
2, 4 or 6 points are awarded according to the length of your one-way trip. If you book online at jetblue.com, that number gets doubled! To see how many points you'll earn on your next flight, click here.

  8. What's the online bonus?
There is a 100% bonus for booking online at www.jetblue.com.

  9. Do my points expire?
Yes. You have 12 months to earn enough points to earn free travel.

  10. Can you give me an example of how that works?
Sure! Let's say you took a roundtrip flight from New York to Long Beach, CA and booked online through www.jetblue.com. JFK-LGB is a long route, so you'd earn 6 points each way - for a total of 12 points. Booking online doubles that amount to 24 points. You're nearly a quarter of the way to a free roundtrip flight.

  11. How do I redeem my award?
Once you've reached 100 points, a Gratitude Adjustment is issued. You will be notified by e-mail when this happens (that's why it's important to keep your e-mail address current in your TrueBlue account). Once it's been issued, you have 12 months to spend it.

Your TrueBlue Award is made up of two (2) TruePasses, each valid for a oneway flight. You can use these two TruePasses together or separately - whichever suits you best.

Using your TrueBlue Award is easy:

    1. Log on to jetblue.com/trueblue and log into your TrueBlue account
    2. Click on "Book an Award Flight"

You can also call 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583) and one of our reservation crewmembers will be glad to assist you.

  12. Is my award transferable?
Yes. Ask for details when you call 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583) to redeem.

  13. Will I receive a TrueBlue membership card?
    No. TrueBlue is exclusively online.

  14. Will I receive statements in the mail?
No. TrueBlue is exclusively online. Your account information is available at www.jetblue.com/trueblue, and is updated frequently.

  15. How can I retrieve my TrueBlue number?
The best place to find information regarding your TrueBlue account, including your TrueBlue number, is by logging on to www.jetblue.com/trueblue. You can also call 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583) from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm Mountain Time Monday through Friday, and 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Mountain Time on Saturday and Sunday. However, all the information available to our agents is also available to you online.

  16. Can I earn TrueBlue points by means other than flying on JetBlue?
Yes. You can earn TrueBlue points with the JetBlue Card from American Express or by making point transfers through the Membership Rewards® program from American Express.

  17. I just want to get the JetBlue e-mails. Do I have to join TrueBlue for that?
Yes. TrueBlue is how JetBlue reaches out to its customers and comes to know their preferences, including e-mail content and format.

  18. I forgot to add my TrueBlue number when I booked. Is there a way to get credit for a flight I've already completed?
Yes. Log in to TrueBlue, click the "request points" link in the right navigation bar and simply fill out the form within 90 days of your flight.

  19. Where can I find the TrueBlue Terms & Conditions?
Click here for the TrueBlue Terms & Conditions.

  20. How do I check in for a flight online?
All JetBlue customers can check-in for a flight if they have a confirmed reservation for a future flight up to 24 hours prior to, but not later than 90 minutes before departure time. TrueBlue members logged into their accounts will see an orange "check-in" button next to flights that are available for checking in online. For more information, see the Online Flight Check-in FAQ.

  21. How do I use my TruePasses?
Each TruePass is valid for a oneway flight. You can use two TruePasses together for a roundtrip flight or just use one TruePass if you only want a oneway flight. You can also use one TruePass for oneway and purchase the return flight. The choice is yours.
