Joining TrueBlue is as easy as traveling on JetBlue. To sign up, just log on to jetblue.com/trueblue and complete the registration form. Almost immediately, you'll receive an e-mail with your TrueBlue account number. Keep your TrueBlue number in a handy place because you'll need it whenever you make a booking. You can check your point balance and find out all about TrueBlue at jetblue.com/trueblue.

100 Points = One Free Round-trip Flight:

With TrueBlue, you earn points not miles, and the number of points depends on the length of your JetBlue flight. We've grouped all JetBlue's flights into three categories: short, medium and long haul. For example:

• SHORT (2 pts): Flights from JFK to Buffalo, NY
• MEDIUM (4 pts): Flights from Rochester, NY to Ft. Lauderdale, FL or from JFK to New Orleans, LA
• LONG (6 pts): Flights from JFK to Oakland, CA or Burlington, VT to Long Beach, CA

When your point total reaches 100, we'll e-mail you the notification of your award for a free round-trip flight anywhere JetBlue flies, including all our fun destinations such as Florida, California, New Orleans and San Juan! Each TrueBlue Award is made up of two TruePasses, each valid for a one-way flight. TruePasses can be used together or separately, making your TrueBlue Award even more flexible. Award travel can be booked at jetblue.com/awards or by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583). Award travel booked over the phone is subject to a $10 transaction fee.

Need retroactive credit?

If you forget to provide your TrueBlue number when making a phone reservation, don't worry. You can get retroactive credit up to 90 days after your flight. Just visit jetblue.com/trueblue, fill in your details (you'll need your ticket receipt or boarding pass) and we'll make sure you earn your points.
