With our Incentive Travel for groups of 10 or more, you'll get the best possible fare while your group of All-Stars gets to enjoy the JetBlue experience.

We also want to make your job easier. It'll make both you and your employees incredibly happy! JetBlue's incentive travel is flexible and convenient:

  • Handle with care. Our dedicated agents are available between 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. EST Monday through Friday
  • What's in a name? We're the only airline that offers you free unlimited name changes.
  • Together or separate, you decide! Whether booking blocked space from one location to another or individual space from multiple origins, the same great program can work for you.
  • Great rates. We either average all fares or offer a discount off the entire group's travel, so your meeting attendees always jet at a great value.
  • No hard feelings. We can release 10% of seats up to 60 days prior to departure without penalty.
  • Low deposits. We only ask for a $50 per person deposit to confirm your seats.
  • Change is good. We allow deviation of 10% at no charge. You only pay the difference in fare.
  • Just give us a month. Final payment and names are due 30 days prior to departure.

Great rewards

Our way of saying "Thanks"! We're always grateful for your business and we like to show our appreciation by giving meeting planners rewards. For every 40 seats flown, meeting planners receive:

1. One roundtrip travel certificate

You choose how you want to use it:

  • Use for site inspection
  • Use for future travel
  • Use for employee or Customer incentive

2. Extra credit

  • Equaling the dollar value of the average fare
  • To be used toward future meetings

Here's how it works:
You book a meeting for 80 travelers from New York to Tampa, FL. The average roundtrip fare is $300. 80 travelers / 40 seats = 2

Upon completion of travel, you'll receive:

  • 2 complimentary roundtrip certificates and;
  • 2 credits x $300 = $600 total credit
