Busiest Summer Ever

It's that time again -- summer, one of the busiest travel seasons of the year. Whether it's family vacations or business trips, more travelers than ever before are expected to take to the skies this year.

That's why it's more important than ever for us as an airline to have our house in order. We want you to enjoy your comfy leather seat and personal TV without any hassles or delays. Unfortunately, no matter who you fly, that doesn't always happen. Sometimes the weather and even air traffic congestion seem to be working against us! But at JetBlue, we're dedicated to running the best operation possible. Learning from this past winter, we’ve updated our operating policies and procedures to keep things running smoothly even when bad weather happens, we’re introducing more online functionality for our customers so that you can make changes on your own at your convenience, and our Customer Bill of Rights will continue to offer meaningful compensation for customers inconvenienced by service disruptions within JetBlue's control.

We’re really excited about the recent Consumer Reports airline ratings. JetBlue was ranked the number one airline for customer service. The report, which will run in the publication’s July issue, examined things like ease of boarding, customer service and the online reservation experience. This award means a lot to us since these elements of the travel experience are the reason why JetBlue was originally founded –- to bring humanity back to air travel. We strive to make every part of our customers’ travel experience as simple and as pleasant as possible and pledge to continue do so for you each and every day.
