We meet your demands.

Planning a corporate meeting can be hectic, but we're here to give you the unconditional support you need. We understand your meeting requires personal attention and so do you! From superior customer service to great flexibility, CompanyBlue Meetings has it all:

• Handle with care. Call one of our dedicated CompanyBlue Meetings agents at 1-888-JETBLUE (538-2583) prompt 4 to set up your meetings.
• Point-and-click. When email is a more convenient way to handle business, just fill out our online form, and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
• Not all meetings are the same. Get a customized fare quote every time.
• Fly later, pay later. We will hold your seats for two weeks without deposit (travel date must be at least 6 weeks out).
• Low deposits. We only ask for a $50 per person deposit to confirm your seats.
• What's in a name? We're the only airline that offers you free unlimited name changes.
• No hard feelings. We can release 10% of seats up to 60 days prior to departure without penalty.
• Change is good. We can change 10% of seats at no charge. You only pay the difference in fare.
• No go? No problem. If you have to cancel after making payment, you'll receive a credit up to 30 days prior to departure, less the deposit.
• Just give us a month. Final payment and names are due 30 days prior to departure.

How does this work?
Easy. Here's an example:

You're booking a meeting for 160 travelers from New York to Tampa, FL and the average roundtrip fare is $300.

Free flights:
160 travelers / 40 seats = 4 complimentary roundtrip certificates

Credit:
$300 (average roundtrip fare) X 4 = $1,200 credit
